GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS

These General Conditions, regulate the conditions of purchase in www.dandara.es of Internet. Owned by Spanditex S.L NIF: B82674771, hereinafter "DÁNDARA", domiciled at C. Parque ferial, nº 31 Polígono industrial Urtinsa II, 28923 – Alcorcón (Madrid)- SPAIN.

1.- USE OF THE WEBSITE

These Conditions are the only conditions applicable to the use of this website and replace any other. These Conditions are important for both you and us since they have been designed to create a legally binding agreement between us protecting your rights as a customer and our rights as a company. You declare that, when placing your order, you have read and accept without reservation the present Conditions and guarantee that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2.- AVAILABILITY OF DELIVERY TIMES

The items we offer on our website are available if indicated by the product sheet and the delivery time is indicated on our website.DÁNDARA strives to guarantee the availability of its products at all times and meet the deadlines. If there are difficulties with regard to its supply or if there are no items left in stock, DÁNDARA will reimburse the USER for any amount he has paid.

3.-PRICE AND MEANS OF PAYMENT

Our prices include the applicable VAT and do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount depending on the customer's choice and the weight of the package.

DÁNDARA reserves the right to modify at any time the sales prices listed on its website, although the items will be billed based on the prices in force at the time the order was placed.

Our payment methods are: Card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, Euro 6000, MasterCard), through the virtual POS. Always ensuring the confidentiality of the data and validates the operation with the financial entity of the buyer. Through PayPal, which is a fast and secure way to pay online. You can easily pay for your purchases with the debit card, credit card or bank account through PayPal.

4.- CHANGES AND RETURNS

RETURNS

If for any reason, the product is in perfect condition, but despite this you want to return it, you can do so within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of receipt. The product may not have been used, have all its accessories, labels and original packaging (attaching the receipt).

You can also return your order in any of our Dándara stores, where the store staff will indicate how to proceed.

- In case of tare or defect: Dándara will be responsible for any breaches of conformity that are manifested within two years from the delivery of the products.

Cost: Returns have no cost to the customer.

Dándara will reimburse the corresponding amount, including the standard shipping costs of the initial delivery (except express shipments) without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the return was informed.

The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. However, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

Process:

In physical store: present the original ticket you received with your order and the product to be returned

In online store:

1-PREPARE AND PACK

Pack the products to be returned in the best possible way in their original box or any other similar packaging (Recycle) and close the package tightly.

2 -SEND THE PACKAGE

Send your return with the carrier you choose freely, assuming the costs incurred (we recommend using certified shipments or with acknowledgment of receipt), to the address:

3- VERIFICATION OF THE RETURN AND REFUND

Once received and verified, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed in the same form of payment used, within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) business days

CHANGES

To make a change in size, you can do so within 15 (fifteen) calendar days of receipt.

Cost: The changes have no cost to the customer.

Process:

In physical store: present the original ticket you received with your order and the product to change.

In online store:

1-SELECT YOUR NEW SIZE

Make the purchase of your product again with your desired size and leave a message in observations, indicating: Change in size. Your order will be sent and prepared as soon as possible.

2- PREPARE YOUR RETURN

Pack the products to be returned in the best possible way in their original box and close the package tightly. Remember to attach the return receipt.

3- DELIVER IT TO TRANSPORT

When your new order is delivered, at the same time, give your return to the transport for collection.

4-VERIFICATION AND REFUND

Once received and verified, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed in the same form of payment used, within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) business days.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MASK

For reasons of hygiene and security, this article does not accept returns unless it is due to a product defect or shipping error, in which case it will be Dándara's responsibility to return the order or the articles to the total satisfaction of the buyer. 5.- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of their order, to cancel their purchase made in Dándara.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by sending an email to sales@dandara.es or through the contact form indicating your desire to withdraw  HERE.

After communicating your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal of the order, you will have an additional 14 days to return it.

Process:

 In physical store: present the original ticket you received with your order and the product to be returned

 Pack the products to be returned in the best possible way in their original box or any other similar packaging (Recycle) and close the package tightly.

         2 -SEND THE PACKAGE

        3- VERIFICATION OF THE RETURN AND REFUND

 Once received and verified, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed in the same form of payment used, within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) business days.

We will refund the total amount of the purchase and the original shipping costs (standard shipping only).

Package return costs will not be refunded.

6.- ALTERNATIVE CONFLICT SOLUTION

If for any circumstance we have not been able to resolve any claim, Dándara offers its clients a link to the online dispute resolution platform as established in Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 of 21 May, which approves the Resolution of online litigation in matters of consumption.
