The present General Conditions, regulate the use of the www.dandara.es of Internet. ownership of Spanditex S.L NIF: B82674771 , in the following "DÁNDARA", domiciled in C/ Haya nº 2, Nave planta 1ª Izquierda, 28044 MADRID – ESPAÑA

DELIVERY

DÁNDARA delivers orders worldwide. Orders will be shipped directly from www.dandara.es through its external logistics operators.

The delivery time is from 24 to 48 hours depending on holidays or special dates (holidays or summer periods) in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For other communities or countries it can range from 2 to 5 working days from the date of confirmation of your order.

Deliveries made before 13:30 will be prepared and shipped on the same day. The schedule of our warehouse is from Monday to Friday, therefore, the orders made on Fridays after the indicated schedule and on weekends, will be prepared the next working day.

The shipment will be free whenever the order is equal or superior to 30 Euros (VAT Included) in Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For all other orders, the calculation of shipping costs will occur dynamically depending on the products you have in your shopping cart.

Dándara offers you the possibility to pick up your order in the shop (except corner shops). When you confirm your shopping cart, select store withdrawal and choose your appropriate store.

After confirming your order, we will send you an email to indicate the shipping and availability of collection in your store Dándara.

In the event that there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the delivery address indicated, the transport agency will leave a notice with a telephone number that you must call to fix the delivery at another time. Please note that the transport agency will store your package in their warehouses approximately 10/12 days before proceeding to return it to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase in the estimated time please contact the Customer Service www.dandara.es in the contact section, or directly at the email address sales@dandara.es. From the moment we receive your notification we will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.

GIFT

Remember that you can send any item as a GIFT! At the time of placing your order, you can check the option GIFT, without any added cost

The items will be wrapped in gift wrap, and the package will be sent to the address you provide.

RETURNS

You will be able to return the articles if you inform us within 15 days after receiving the order and as long as you keep its packaging in optimum condition.

If in the received order you find some defective product, contact sales@dandara.es and will proceed to its return following the instructions ( return policy BOE n. 7/1996). In this case, DÁNDARA assumes the shipping costs incurred. You can replace or replace the defective product with other items.

If the reasons of return are unrelated to DÁNDARA, that is to say, if the product is in perfect state, but in spite of it you want to return it, you will have to send us the product in perfect conditions, with all its accessories, labels and original packing, attaching a copy of the invoice of purchase in its interior, to our direction: (the expenses of the return will NOT be covered by DÁNDARA).

If you want to make a size change, DÁNDARA will send you the correct size and pick up the wrong one at no cost to you.

To manage the return or change of size must ALWAYS contact us at sales@dandara.es or you can use our contact form and follow the instructions provided.

You can also make the return or change of size in any of our physical stores (except corner stores), completely free.

The refund of the amount paid for the item will be made in the same means of payment in which the order was paid in a period not exceeding 10 working days. Dándara guarantees the refund of the return, following the indicated instructions and when the returned items are in the same state in which they were received. Dándara will not accept shipments with postage due or cash on delivery. If you do not receive your money back in the indicated period or it is wrong, contact us directly in our email: sales@dandara.es
