Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday. If you place your order before 13:00 it is very likely to be prepared and shipped on the same day. Orders placed outside these hours on Fridays and weekends will be prepared the next working day.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during holiday periods, promotions, sales and Christmas. They may also be affected by factors external to Dándara, such as traffic incidents, weather conditions,...

When do I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days for deliveries in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal. In towns far from urban centres 2-3 working days. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 days. Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday. If you place your order before 13:00 it is very likely to be prepared and shipped on the same day.
Can I collect my order in a shop?
Yes, can pick up your order at any of our Dandara shops (except multi-brand shops) within 2-3 working days, once your order is available for collection, we will notify you. You will have 10 days to collect your order. Find your shop

If I am away from my address, what can I do?
In the event that you are absent, the carrier will contact you to arrange a second delivery.
My order is delivered, but I haven't received anything, what do I do?

I have received a defective/broken/erroneous product, what can I do?
If you have received a defective product, please contact us at within 48 hours of receipt. We may ask you for photographs of the defect in order to be able to make an assessment and indicate the process for returning the product (BOE n. 7/1996).


If for any reason, the product is perfect , but you still want to return it, you can do so by following the instructions below. 

The product must have no signs of use, the items must have all its accessories, labels and original packaging (fill in the data located with the instructions).

Dandara will not accept returns on used or manipulated products. 

How can I return my order?
1 -You can do it in any of our shops, enclosing the purchase invoice, where the shop staff will collect your return. * (Purchases made on will not be refunded in the shops).

2- Sending your return to our warehouse. To do this, you will have to prepare the products in the best possible way and in the same bag/box received (if you do not have the original, you can use a similar one). Fill in and enclose the slip that is in the instructions that you received with your invoice inside your order, close the package securely and choose one of the two methods offered:

-Send the package yourself, choosing the transport freely (assuming the shipping costs), to the address:

-Request a collection with Dándara to pick up the return at the address you indicate. On this occasion, Dándara will send you a label to your email address that you will have to stick on the outside of the bag/box so that the courier can pick it up. Remember that, with this option, we will deduct €6.00 from the amount to be returned. Please wait for our confirmation/tag with this method.

You will be able to take the return to a collection point near you. From the portal you will manage the label and the collection point of your choice. CHECK IN MY ACCOUNT

Once it has been received at our premises and checked, we will proceed with your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return in our warehouse/store and it has been checked, we will reimburse you in the same payment method used for this purchase within 10 working days. Shipping costs or any other additional costs will not be refunded.
I have not received my refund after 10 days, what do I do?

How many days do I have to exchange/return?
Customers from the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to cancel/exchange their purchase made at Dándara.
How can I return a product outside Spain?
Unfortunately, we do not have collection services for countries outside Spain so, for the return, you will have to send us the products with the transport of your choice (the direct cost will be assumed by the customer) to the address:

As long as your order has not been packed and/or has not left our premises, you can cancel part or all of the items in your order.

Please remember that only cancellations communicated through our official customer service channels will be valid: via email ( or by phone (916 658 170).

Please note that the refund may take a few hours to become effective. 


European Union customers have 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of their order, to cancel their purchase made at Dándara. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at . After communicating your intention to exercise your right to cancel your order, you will have another 14 days to return it. You can return your order in one of our shops, through our free home collection service or by post. You will be refunded the full purchase price and the original delivery costs (standard delivery only). The cost of returning the package will not be refunded.
